Imran Awan & Seth Conrad Rich both left together at 1:40 AM three hours later Rich was shot dead.

25 July 2017 FBI & U.S. Capitol Police arrested Imran Awan at the Washington Dulles International Airport.

News reports claim the arrest was for Bank Fraud.

The real reason for the arrest is of course Awan's involvement with the murder of Seth Rich.
