Perhaps one day you won't look at your fellows as mere stepping stones to some hoped-for greatness.

And respect has to be earned and maintained. Its not a given, Steve. Especially when the one demanding it believes himself above having to render it to others. Even those *he* considers don't merit it.

Since you fancy yourself the "teacher" you may want to lead by example. That is by respecting others as a means of teaching. That's the point. But it would appear you're not learning that today ;^)
