History of Japanese converting to Islam and joining ISIS:
Nine Japanese said to have joined ISIS
Nine Japanese nationals have joined ISIS, Japan's former air force chief, Toshio Tamogami, quoted a senior Israeli government official as saying, but the government's top spokesman said on Friday it had not confirmed the information.
Tamogami, now a senior official of a tiny new political party, said on his blog that Nissim Ben Shitrit, the director-general of Israel's foreign ministry, told him this month that nine Japanese had taken part in ISIS.
Asked about the possible participation of Japanese citizens in the militant group, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga told a regular news conference, "The government has not confirmed such information."
No one was immediately available for comment at the Israeli embassy in Tokyo, at the Israeli foreign ministry or at the Japanese foreign ministry.
Tamogami told Reuters that no details besides the number of Japanese participants were given to him in his meeting with Nissim Ben Shitrit, a former ambassador to Japan.
"I don't know anything further," Tamogami said. "He was tight-lipped."
Tamogami's blog shows the meeting took place on Sept. 12 in Israel.
About 1,000 recruits from a vast region stretching from India to the Pacific may have joined ISIS to fight in Syria or Iraq, the head of the U.S. Armed Forces' Pacific Command, Admiral Samuel Locklear, said on Thursday.
His comment came as a threat by Philippine militants to kill a German hostage, in a show of solidarity with ISIS, has stoked fresh concern the Middle East group's brand of radicalism is winning recruits in Asia and posing a growing security risk in the region. Daily Star Read More>>>>>

Dear Friends,
People who have faith have always needed a place of worship throughout history. Places of worship are where doctrines have been taught to the people and formal obligations have been fulfilled and are indispensable worldly elements of almost all religions, which direct people’s relations with both God and each other, as well as with other beings. Therefore, these sacred places have played a crucial role in starting communication between people. Thanks to such communication, those people who have known and bonded with each other, who have found solutions for their own problems, or who have taken a common stand, have considered such places as the safest centers as well. Some took refuge in temples to save their own lives, and some saints, who have broken off connections to people or the world, settled in temples to believe in the first step of happiness (nirvana), as well as some wealthy people who regarded temples as a place that they could deposit their wealth or gold. In this context, the theory that modern banking procedures emerged in temples seems not frail at all.
In the case of Islam, it considers worship in a congregation greatly important, which compounded Muslims’ need for mosques (masjid) much more. With the motive of meeting this requirement, they have built many distinguished masjids in all territories where they settled. First and foremost, the Masjid Nabawi (The Prophet’ (pbuh) Masjid) in Madinah, and others such as Masjid al-Amawi (Syria), Masjid Qurtuba (Spain), Masjid Samarra (Iraq), Ibn Tulun Masjid (Egypt), Kalon Masjid (Uzbekistan), Faisal Masjid (Pakistan), Sultan Ahmet Camii (Blue Mosque), SĂĽleymaniye Camii and Selimiye Camii (Turkey) are only some of the spectacular masjids that come to mind.
The Turkish community who emigrated from Kazan (Russia) built the Tokyo Camii in 1938, the foundation of which stems from the hospitality of the respected people of Japan, and was rebuilt in 2000 owing to some serious damage that it was exposed to. We believe it is performing and will continue to perform its duty as a bridge between the past and the future, and is beautiful in other aspects due to certain unique features. While not departing from the ties of the past with its construction in the classical Ottoman architecture style, it also has an enlightening purpose for the future through various architectural points that attract attention in both construction technology and the multipurpose hall which is a venue for wedding ceremonies, fashion shows, plays, exhibitions and conferences on the first floor.
We have no doubt that Tokyo Camii will be an alternative place of true learning about the religion of Islam, being a frequent place to visit for hundreds of Japanese every day and would contribute to the centenary relations between the Turkish and Japanese people.
We would be very honored by your visit.
Islam on the disabled:

Islamic State Issues Fatwa Against Children with Down Syndrome, Murders 38 Disabled Infants

The Islamic State has reportedly issued a fatwa ordering the elimination of children with Down syndrome and other congenital disabilities, reminiscent of Hitler’s infamous “Aktion T4” program, which administered forced “euthanasia” on an estimated 300,000 disabled persons. According to the Iraqi activist blog Mosul Eye, sharia judges have ruled that ISIS followers are authorized to kill infants with Down Syndrome or congenital deformities. Already since the religious decree (fatwa) was issued, militants have killed at least 38 children between one week and three months old by lethal injection or suffocation. In a post on the Mosul Eye Facebook page, the group claims that any child with a disability is now at risk of being killed, and released a brief video showing disabled children. The killings reportedly took place in ISIS strongholds in Syria and Mosul, the northern Iraqi city seized by ISIS in June 2014. Breitbart Read More>>>>>>>>

ISIL issues "Fatwa" to exterminate children with Down's Syndrome

Through monitoring and following the death incidents of children with Down's Syndrome and congenital deformities, we were able to learn that the Shar'i Board of ISIL issued an "Oral Fatwa" to its members authorizing them to "kill newborn babies with Down's Syndrome and congenital deformities and disabled children". The Fatwa was issued by one of ISIL's Shar'i judges, a Saudi judge named " Abu Said Aljazrawi". The information indicate that most of the children born with Down's Syndrome are those of foreign fighters who married Iraqi, Syrian and Asian women. We recorded more than 38 confirmed cases of killing babies with congenital deformities and Down's Syndrome, aged between one week to three months. They were killed by either lethel injection or suffocation. Some of those killings took place in Syria and Mosul. This displaced child from Mosul, ISIL issues a Fatwa to kill him. As if it is not enough for ISIL to kill men, women and the elderly, and now, they kill children
