And thou, lest thou make marvel at it, reflect that there
is none to govern upon earth, wherefore the human house-
hold so strayeth from the path.
But, ere that January be unwintered by that
hundredth part neglected upon earth, so shall these upper
that the fated season so long awaited shall turn round
the poops where are the prows, so that the fleet shall have
straight course; and true fruit shall follow on the flower.
(The Prophecy of Beatrice)
The seasons will be changed, the earth will produce only bad fruits, the heavenly bodies will lose the regularity of their movements, the moon will reflect only a feeble reddish light; water and fire will lend convulsive motions to the earth's sphere, causing mountains cities, etc., to be swallowed up. Our Lady of La Salette 19 Sept. 1846 (Published by Mélanie 1879)
Except for the US January 2014 has become unwintered just as Dante foretold it one day would:
The combined global land and ocean average temperature during January 2014 was 0.65°C (1.17°F) above the 20th century average. This was the warmest January since 2007 and the fourth highest since records began in 1880. This marks the ninth consecutive month (since May 2013) with a global monthly temperature among the 10 highest for its respective month. The Northern Hemisphere land and ocean surface temperature during January 2014 was also the warmest since 2007 and the fourth warmest since records began in 1880 at 0.75°C (1.35°F) above average. The Southern Hemisphere January 2014 temperature departure of +0.55°C (+0.99°F) was the warmest since 2010 and the fourth warmest January on record. NOAA
The reason for this un-wintering is due to the Julian calendar which makes the year 11 minutes and 14 seconds (very roughly one hundredth of a day) too long. In Dante's time, therefore January began, by calendar, a little later in the real year every season; and thus in the course of ages, it would begin so late that winter would really be over before we came to New Years Day by calendar. The substitution of an immense period for a short one is parallel to our 'not a thousand miles hence.' And this is the meaning behind Beatrice's words found here:
But, ere that January be unwintered by that hundredth part neglected upon earth, so shall these upper circles roar.
The above footnote explaining the words of Beatrice is found in the Carlyle-Okey-Wicksteed translation. By all appearances Dante Alighieri has given a time table when his prophecy or his vision for the restoration of the Holy Roman Emperor is to take place. This is to take place when January becomes 'unwintered' Notice too that before these lines Dante tells the world that when the seat of the Holy Roman Emperor is vacant there is no one to govern upon earth:
And thou, lest thou make marvel at it, reflect that there is none to govern upon earth, wherefore the human house-hold so strayeth from the path.
Is the world govern properly today? Only a fool would say yes, it is govern properly. So no, the world is not governed as it should be according to all logic.
Why is the world not governed properly? What is missing that the world is not governed properly?
Answer: The Holy Roman Emperor no longer governs the world, therefore there is no one to govern the world properly in the way the Blessed Trinity intended.
The modern democratically elected heads of state are not true governors - they are usurpers. This should be apparent to all. But when January finally does become un-wintered then will the world be governed as it should be governed Dante promises here:
that the fated season so long awaited shall turn round the poops where are the prows, so that the fleet shall have straight course; and true fruit shall follow on the flower.
So look for January to become un-wintered and know that Modern Democracy is at its death door. The restoration of the Divinely Ordained Authority of the Holy Roman Emperor is near.UPDATE 2016:
Warm winter melts Dutch skaters’ hopes of legendary canal race
(AFP) - Winter is nearing the halfway mark in the Netherlands with record high temperatures, melting fervent Dutch skaters' hopes of gliding over frozen canals or taking part in a near-mythical race last held 19 years ago. December was the warmest-ever recorded in three centuries, leaving depressed Dutch skaters idly sharpening their blades and praying for temperatures to drop. A short frozen spell in the country's north at the start of the New Year briefly raised spirits and saw some desperate skaters try out a thin layer of ice that glossed over pavements and streets. Grey squirrels in Britain are fatter than usual thanks to an exceptionally warm winter, which has produced an abundance of food for them to help themselves to.Squirrels usually get plump around this time of the year, but the warmest December on record has seen them get even chubbier. Temperatures last December were on average 7.9 degrees, 4.1 degrees above the long-term average.Meteorologists at the Met Office said the UK had a "virtual complete lack of frost", which offered up plenty of food for the squirrels to forage. December 2015 was both the warmest and wettest December on record in the contiguous United States, according to a report released Thursday by NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information. The month capped a year in which every state in the Lower 48 was warmer than average.
