Is Fr. John Zuhlsdorf In Violation Of WISCONSIN LAW By Stockpiling & Carrying Weapons On Madison Diocesan Grounds? Does Bishop Morlino Know That Fr. Z Is Storing His Guns On Diocesan Property?

Guns Owned By Priests of FSSP

Father paid a visit to the FSSP gun culture at St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Church in Westwood, KS back in May of 2014.

Here is what Fr. Z had to say about the cache of weapons (pictured above) possessed by the FSSP clergy:
This was my first time to give a couple 1911s a try. I also enjoyed very much the Uzi, on full auto. Later, we got out a real AK-47, an older one with the fully cast lower, and… the greatest pleasure of the day, an M1 Garand, Korean War vintage! When I heard that distinctive “ting” at the end, I said a prayer for vets who put their lives at risk overseas and hauled this rifle around over hill and dale, in bitter cold and savage heat, in boredom and terror, to protect our freedom and the lives of so many strangers. I want more time with that one someday. - Fr.Z Read More>>>>>>
OK. Its an established fact that the FSSP has a gun culture and its also an established fact that Fr. Z promotes the ownership of guns by clergy & laity alike.

If the FSSP Priests have cache of weapons on Church Properties (and they do) then so must Fr Z.

Fr. Z also must have a cache of weapons on his property and in his vehicles. If the FSSP Priests have no problem with showing a pile of their guns to Fr. Z & Fr. Z has no problem taking a pics of the cache of weapons and posting the pic on a blog for all the world to see. Then it stands to reason that Fr. Z himself has a cache of weapons similar to the FSSP cache posted above.

But here's the problem.

According to Wisconsin Law (Fr. Z. resides in Wisconsin) guns are not allowed on school property -

Are there any restrictions for carrying in or on school property?
A licensee may not carry a firearm in or on the grounds of a school unless another specific statutory exception applies. Wis. Stat. § 948.605(2)(b)1r.
A licensee may not carry any other dangerous weapon on school premises unless a specific statutory exception applies. Wis. Stat. § 948.61(2) and (3).
Fr. claims to live work and pray on Seminary grounds - I guess a Seminary is considered a school.

Does Fr. Z leave his cache of weapons in some storage facility off Diocesan property?

Or does Fr. Z bring his guns with him when he is living, working and praying on Diocesan property?

Can Fr. Z keep his weapons on his own property?

Yes:

Are there places I may carry a concealed weapon even without a CCW license?
Yes. A person may carry a concealed weapon, including an electric weapon, in his or her own dwelling or place of business or on land that he or she owns, leases, or legally occupies, with or without a CCW license. Wis. Stat. § 941.23(2)(e); Wis. Stat. § 941.295(2)(d)2.
But Fr. Z does not say mass at his own private chapel in a pole barn located on his own property.

No. Fr. Z says Mass at an approved Diocesan site - meaning a church that is usually attached to a School or high school or seminary -which means that gun nut Z is concealing a gun under his priestly garments while saying mass in violation of Wisconsin Law.

Apparently Fr Z & Bishop Morlino disregard Wisconsin Law.

Again - any priest who has more guns than crucifixes has a major problem + the priest also has a messed up spiritual life, and that priest will infect his parishioners with foolish nonsence.
