"Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves. Thou (O Muhammad) seest them bowing and falling prostrate (in worship), seeking bounty from Allah and (His) acceptance. The mark of them is on their foreheads from the traces of prostration. Such is their likeness in the Torah and their likeness in the Gospel - like as sown corn that sendeth forth its shoot and strengtheneth it and riseth firm upon its stalk, delighting the sowers - that He may enrage the disbelievers with (the sight of) them. Allah hath promised, unto such of them as believe and do good works, forgiveness and immense reward." -- Al-Fath (The Victory) 48:29
Muslim prayer bump is a noticeable bump on the forehead of those Muslim men who rub their head on the carpet during the Muslim prayers, kinda like aping the camel knees of Apostle St James the Less who got his camel knees from extended hours of prayer on his knees.

The devil is constantly aping things of God and has found a way to ape physical signs of devotion found in those who worship the Blessed Trinity.

One physical sign of time spent in contemplation are callouses on the knees, for those who truly love the Blessed Trinity, they will spend many hours on their knees in prayer, callouses on the knees are expected. If your knees are like a baby's butt it is a sign that you do not pray much - call this just a very simple observation.

Knees are hidden (or should be in decent men) whereas the forehead is for all to see, and this is why the devil has put his mark of devotion the forehead of all his followers who direct their devotion to him at Mecca.

Oh, look at the man's devotion! he wears it on his forehead!

Those bumps on the forehead you see are some form of OCD:
Obsessive-compulsive disorder is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do something (compulsions).
OCD - as in like rubbing your forehead up and down and all around on the carpet several times day and night for years.

Face it, what the Muslim worship is not the Blessed Trinity, it is the devil they worship. The bump in the middle of the forehead is for all the world to see, it is pride, it is from the devil.

That being said there is a bizarre fashion trend in Japan that imitates the Muslim prayer bump. Those who have self inflicted this new fashion trend upon their foreheads do so to mock the Muslim prayer bump. The media - like Daily Mail will not point this out - it is too controversial.

BTW how many Muslims are there in Japan?  ha ha ha..... a few, a very few that will soon cause problems for Japan.

Bagel Headed Japs Mock Muslim Prayer Bump!

You too can mock the Muslim prayer bump by doing what the Japs do - stick a needle in your forehead and drip 400cc of saline into your forehead. It's all temporary of course, the body absorbs the saline in a day and the mock Muslim prayer bump disappears.

'Oh sweet buttery bagels - I'm impressed! I look delicious!'
