'I Have Beaten Christ' Robert Mugabe

GRÜNEWALD, Matthias
The Mocking of Christ
1503

Celebrating his 88th birthday, Mugabe is tempting Jesus Christ by claiming  'I have beaten Christ'

'I have died many times, That's where I have beaten Christ. Christ died once and resurrected once. I am as fit as a fiddle.' Robert Mugabe

Stand back .....do not get to close to Mr. Robert Mugabe.

"Let every soul be subject to higher powers: for there is no power but from God: and those that are, are ordained of God. Therefore he that resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God. And they that resist, purchase to themselves damnation. For princes are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? Do that which is good: and thou shalt have praise from the same. For he is God's minister to thee, for good. But if thou do that which is evil, fear: for he beareth not the sword in vain. For he is God's minister: an avenger to execute wrath upon him that doth evil." Romans xiii

The President of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe who claims to have beaten Christ on his 88th birthday has also  made the ridiculous claim that Romans xiii applies to his reign as President of Zimbabwe, his political power is directly from God so he says - his power is not from the balloting casting citizens of Zimbabwe but God Himself. Kinda of funny claiming that Mr. Mugabe receives political power directly from Jesus Christ and at the same time Mugabe claims to beat Christ. Bizarre.

Many today misinterpret Romans xiii and claim that St. Paul had Modern man-made Democracy in mind when he wrote a letter to the Romans. So it is no wonder that a man like Mugabe thinks the same - after all everyone else misapplies Romans xiii.

However one has to read what the text actually says and not read into the text something that is not there nor should one add anything or subtract anything from the text. As William of Ockham once said  that is the best way to win any argument when using scripture is to read what is there - not more not less. Many men have a habit of doing just this they take away or add to the text and will end up losing the argument.

So as for St Paul, he was a Roman Citizen, he was ruled by Caesar, he was not  ruled by Modern man-made Democracy he did not cast any ballots for President of the United States.  Simple fact that everyone ignores. Everyone pretends that St. Paul is writing about Modern Democratic political authority  when in fact he is not. Understand that St. Paul wrote the letter to the Romans to Roman Citizens - do you understand this? St. Paul did not write to the citizens of the United States. Do you understand even this? The letter to the Romans is not about Ron Paul, it is not about Rand Paul, it is not about Romney, it is not about Stalin, it  is not about Hitler. Do you understand this yet?

Look, in case you forgot - Nero was the Roman Emperor at the time St Paul wrote the above the letter to the Romans. This passage applies to the Divinely Ordained Authority of the Pagan Roman Emperor and it still applies to the present day Divinely Ordained Authority of the Holy Roman Emperor. This passage does not apply to all forms of government but only to the Holy Roman Emperor and will do so until the end of time. There are two forms of government in this world, those that are merely permitted and tolerated by the Blessed Trinity and the Government that is Ordained of God which is The Holy Roman Empire.

If you Roman Catholics keep to this clear distinction between the man-made tolerated forms of government as opposed to the Divinely Ordained form of Government, then it will be impossible for you to subject yourself to man made political tyranny which is what many of you claim today with the reign of President Obama.

Tyrants like democratically elected Robert Mugabe misuse Romans xiii and try their best to encourage or convince a nation to subject themselves to man made governing authorities. Wrong! Romans xiii applies only to the Divinely Ordained Authority of the Holy Roman Emperor, any other forms of government do not have the same status in the Eyes of the Blessed Trinity. If these merely tolerated forms of man-made governments create and enforce bad laws and bad customs which are against the Holy Roman Catholic Faith and Morals, then Roman Catholic men have the permission from the Blessed Trinity to change these bad laws and customs or even the form of man-made government. Roman Catholics are never required to subject themselves to such bad laws and customs that are contrary to the Roman Catholic Faith. Remember next time someone tells you to submit yourself to this form of man-made government or that form of man-made government by quoting Roman Chapter xiii.
