James “Whitey” Bulger was not captured as the media has said , he turned himself in. There is only so much a conscience can take. Mr Bulger took the high road by turning himself in, as this blog said he would about 1 year ago. Now the FBI will have to do some house cleaning. BTW if he was captured who gets the reward? No one, 'cause Mr. Bulger turned himself in.
