Simple, because there is no Roman Catholic Head of State ruling over the rest. The Divinely Ordained Authority of The Holy Roman Emperor no longer governs as it was called to do by the Blessed Trinity. Modern men have destroyed this Divinely Ordained Authority. Modern men refuse to obey the Will of God. Roman Catholics do not have a temporal recourse to address grievances; the faith is no longer protected against attacks made by the perverted scum out there from the Jew Dennis Miller to depraved Christopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins. These degenerates have been given free reign to attack the Roman Catholic Church.
