This is just another compare and contrast of the two different forms of government: the Divinely Ordained Authority of the Holy Roman Emperor as opposed to the man made modern democracy. People to some extent knew their place when the world was ruled by the Universal Authority of the Roman Emperor. Today it is completely the opposite no one knows his place.
