The Fourth Eclogue of Virgil and Apocalypse 12 foretells the reign of the next Augustus, Emperor of Peace.

By me kings reign, and lawgivers decree just things Proverbs 8:15

And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with an iron rod: and her son was taken up to God, and to his throne. Apocalypse 12:5

St John describes Wisdom as a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. According to Proverbs the office of Lady Wisdom is to establish Kingship: By me kings reign, and lawgivers decree just things. The Roman Emperor, as St Anna prophesies in her canticle, is the governing instrument of the Blessed Trinity to judge the ends of the earth: and the Lord shall give universal empire to his king, and shall exalt the horn of his Christ. The dominion of the Emperor of Peace is from pole to pole. For the poles of the earth are the Lord's, and upon them he hath set the world.

The above is confirmed by reading the last lines of Virgil’s Fourth Eclogue. The pagan poet prophesies that the coming Augustus, Emperor of Peace is to establish his dominion from pole to pole and will attribute his universal Kingship to Lady Wisdom. He is to honor his mother Lady Wisdom for the establishment of his universal authority.

Begin to greet thy mother with a smile,
O baby-boy! ten months of weariness
For thee she bore: O baby-boy, begin!
For him, on whom his parents have not smiled,
Gods deem not worthy of their board or bed.
